All items from the supplier SMaker3D are the intellectual property of uniforx GmbH and have been developed and manufactured in-house. Furthermore, some items are covered by registered design protection with the Patent and Trade Marks Office.

Downloads
I offer most designs for download so that you can produce them on your own machines. However, this right is limited to production for your own personal use on a one-off basis. Of course, you may produce a replacement part in the event of a fault. But let’s be fair: if you are making something for friends or acquaintances, you must also purchase a download for them. A download is essentially a licence to produce ONE product. For commercial mass production, there are corresponding discount tiers.
