Ordering Process

Things work a bit differently in this shop than you might be used to. The vast majority of products are not kept in stock but are made to order once an order has been received. Even our stock is limited to a very small buffer stock. This adds a certain level of complexity to the production process, making linear delivery impossible.

However, I am committed to transparency and have therefore defined a few statuses for each order, so you can see at any time what stage your order is at. To this end, with every order, you’ll receive a link to the shop’s order status page in your order confirmation.

“No status” – The shop automatically sends an order confirmation, but this is merely a formal acknowledgement and not yet an order confirmation. The order will only be processed once a status has been assigned.

“Pending” – Your order has been received and I still need to check a few things before we can get started.

“In preparation” – Everything’s fine; your order is in the queue and will be produced shortly. Depending on workload or stock availability, production can start soon once everything is ready.

“In production” – Your order is currently in production. It usually won’t be long before the order is dispatched.

"In the queue" – Your order is in the queue. Something isn’t quite right yet, or I’ve contacted you by email to clarify some details.

"In logistics" – Your order has been produced and is now being checked and packed for dispatch.

"Finalised" – Your order has been finalised. You can track the delivery using the tracking code. If you have any queries, you can contact me via the shop.
